1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Travectio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or platform.

2. Description of Service

Travectio provides a Financial Operating System for transportation companies, owner-operators, fleets, dispatchers, brokers, logistics providers, and other transportation businesses. The platform helps users evaluate operating costs, opportunity profitability, fuel impact, operator or driver compensation, reporting, and related financial information before and after transportation decisions are made.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account, company, vehicle, equipment, fuel, rate confirmation, invoice, expense, operator or driver compensation, and operational information when using the platform.

4. User Data and Accuracy

Travectio calculations depend on the information entered, uploaded, or maintained by the user. You are responsible for reviewing all data, calculations, reports, and recommendations before making financial, operational, dispatch, routing, scheduling, or other business decisions.

5. No Financial Guarantee

Travectio provides financial intelligence and decision-support tools. Travectio does not guarantee profit, revenue, available opportunities, business results, cost savings, or specific financial outcomes. Final business decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

6. Free Trial and Subscription

Travectio may offer a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method may be required to activate the trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription may convert to a paid monthly plan at the then-current rate.

7. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Travectio does not collect, store, or have access to complete credit card numbers or full payment credentials. Billing, payment processing, and related payment security are handled by Stripe according to its own terms and policies.

8. Cancellation

Travectio subscriptions are month-to-month unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically provide refunds for prior charges or unused portions of a billing period unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.

9. Customer Dashboard Privacy

Travectio is designed to respect customer privacy. Travectio personnel do not log into customer dashboards as part of normal operations. Access to customer data is limited and only used when necessary to provide support, maintain the platform, comply with law, or when authorized by the customer.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer the service, upload malicious software or code, or use Travectio for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

11. Third-Party Services

Travectio may rely on third-party services including Stripe for payments, Wistia for video, Calendly for scheduling, hosting providers, analytics tools, email services, and related software providers. Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

Travectio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

13. Platform Availability

Travectio aims to provide reliable access to the platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Maintenance, updates, outages, third-party issues, or technical problems may affect availability.

14. Intellectual Property

Travectio, including its website, platform, branding, design, software, workflows, reports, content, and related intellectual property, is owned by Travectio Solutions Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Travectio platform without prior written permission from Travectio Solutions Inc.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travectio Solutions Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or losses arising from the use of, or reliance upon, the platform or any information generated by it.

16. Changes to Terms

Travectio may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website or platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Travectio platform shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
